In order to achieve accelerated access to “Green Affordable Housing” in Indian cities, the course aims to bridge the critical gap by providing a preparatory course for IGBC AP to achieve Green and Sustainable Development for one of the largest construction segments of the country.
The 'Indian Green Building Council Accredited Professional Examination' (IGBC AP) offered by IGBC is a credential for professionals to participate in green building projects.
The examination is not based on any specific rating system. It is designed to test the knowledge of a candidate on green building design and construction.
The exam would consist of 110 questions in multiple-choice format, with each question carrying one mark. The duration of the exam is 90 minutes. To be successful, the candidates will have to score a minimum of 85 marks. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
