We know that,

 The supplement of angle $x$ is $180°-x$.

The supplement of $80°49'25" = 180°-80°49'25" =179°+60'-80°49'25" =179+59'+60"-80°49'25"  = 99°10'35"$.

The supplement of $80°49'25"$ is $99°10'35"$
