Solution:
(a)  $200+30+5+\frac{2}{10}+\frac{9}{100}$

$=200+30+5+0.2+0.09$

$=200.00+30.00+5.00+0.20+0.09$

$=235.29$

(b) $50+\frac{1}{10}+\frac{6}{100}$

$=50+0.1+0.06$

$=50.00+0.10+0.06$

$=50.16$

(c) $16+\frac{3}{10}+\frac{5}{1000}$

$=16+0.3+0.005$

$=16.305$
