Biofuels, are energy sources in the form of liquid or gaseous fuels, that are derived from the plants or animals' waste.

Plants and animals' waste is inexhaustible, it is known as a renewable source of energy.

Examples of biofuels are fuels obtained from the Jatropha plant, Canola oil, Mustard seeds, Algae, etc.
