Will the bulb glow when the circuit is closed?
When the circuit is closed, it means the current is flowing in the circuit, as the key or switch is closed (or, on).
Whereas, when a circuit is open, it means the current is not flowing in the circuit, as the key or switch is open (or, off).
So, the bulb will glow when the circuit is closed.
