Why we should not waste water?

• We should not waste water for the following reasons.
• Water is essential to agriculture, using less water can greatly affect the availability of this essential commodity for growing food crops.
• About 97 per cent of the Earth's water is salt water, which is not suitable for drinking. The small proportion of water available for drinking must be used economically.
• Minimizing water wastage helps cut down costs on water and energy bills.
