Why some of our bones are non movable?


There are different types of joints present in the human body. Joints that don't move or non-movable are known as fixed joints

Joints in the skull are fixed type of joints, known as suture joints. Eight bones fuse together to form a cranium. As the joints between bones are non-movable, it helps in the protection of the brain.
