Why does water change its shape?

The attraction and bonding between the particles in a liquid keep the volume of the liquid constant. Due to the movement of the particles, liquid constantly changes its shape to fit the space available. 

For example- If we pour liquid in whatever container, it will take the shape of the container but not changing in volume.
