Why do we feel sick when we move from a hot place to a relatively cool one?

When we move from a hot place to a cold one, sudden fluctuation is observed in temperature.

A sudden change in temperature puts the body under stress. The thermal regulator in the brain receive message from temperature sensors in the skin. The body is forced to adjust itself from a hot environment to cooler one.

This automatically alerts blood vessels constrict. This could lead to dryness in skin, mucus membrane, and eyes; respiratory infections; muscle spasm; runny nose; asthma attacks; muscular pains; sinusitis, flu, cold, sore throat, severe pains and muscular aches.
