Why do roads on mountains have inward inclination at sharp turns?

On the mountains when a vehicle moves on a curved road a centripetal force is supplied by the force of friction and between the wheels of the vehicle and the surface of the curved road which is necessary for the circular motion. and due to lack of centripetal force, the vehicle may tend to skid.

That's why to supply the necessary centripetal force for the circular motion of the vehicle the roads on the mountains have the inward inclination.
