Why urine is yellow and warm?

The urine consists of water-soluble waste products. It naturally has yellow pigment which is known as urobilin or urochrome. The colour of urine depends on the amount of urobilin and water is in it. Urine is stored in the bladder. In bladder, urine is in equilibrium with the body temperature at approximately 37°C. Hence urine is warm.
