Solution:

Commutative Property of Whole Numbers

If any two whole numbers are added or multiplied in any order, the result remains the same. For example,
  • 3 + 8 = 11
  • 8 + 3 = 11
Similarly, 
  • 3 x 8 = 24
  • 8 x 3 = 24
