Solution :
Twin Primes:
Two prime numbers whose difference is two are called twin primes.
(21,23) are twin primes, since the difference between the two numbers $23 – 21 =2$.
(59,61) are twin primes, since the difference between the two numbers $61 – 59 = 2$.
63 is not a prime number.
69 is not a prime number.
Therefore, [21,23] and [59,61] are twin primes.
