What will cause greater change in kinetic energy of a body? Changing its mass or changing its velocity ?

We know the expression for kinetic energy $K=\frac{1}{2}mv^2$

Where $m\rightarrow$ mass of thee body

$v\rightarrow$ velocity of the body.

Here we see changing velocity will cause greater change in kinetic energy.
