What is the meaning of Components?


Food has many different components and each component is necessary for one function or the other.


There are seven major nutrients found in our food that are required by the body in order to maintain its proper functionality.

They are (1)Carbohydrates, (2)Proteins, (3)Vitamins (4)Fats, (5)Water, (6)Fiber and (7)Minerals (calcium, iodine, phosphorus, sodium, iron).
