What is the mass of $5\ m^3$ of cement of density $3000\ kg/m^3$ ?
Here given, volume of the cement $=5\ m^3$
Density of the cement $=3000\ kg/m^3$
Let $m$ be the mass of the cement.
As known, $density=\frac{mass}{volume}$
Or $3000\ kg/m^3=\frac{m}{5\ m^3}$
Or $m=3000\times5$
Or $m=15000\ kg$
Therefore, mass of the cement is $15000\ kg$.
