What is the Fibre
Fiber is a threadlike strand that is used for spinning yarn. Yarns are further spin into fabric.
Based on the sources, textile fibers are divided into two main classes: Natural fibers and Synthetic (man-made) fibers.
Natural fibers are originated from natural sources like animals and plants. For example, cotton, wool, silk, and jute are natural fibers.
Synthetic fibers are synthesized using chemicals derived from coal, oil, and natural gas. For example, nylon, polyester, acrylic, and rayon are synthetic fibers.
