What is the environment and its type?
Environment is a place where biotic and abiotic things exist together, and operates, such as animal, plant, soil, water, etc.
Living things live in their environment, constantly interact with physical, chemical, and other natural forces, and adapt themselves according to the conditions in their environment.
An environment includes both the biotic (living) and abiotic (non-living) conditions existing on earth.
There are two major types of the environment, and they are:
1. Natural environment: The environment that consists of objects created by nature is called the natural environment.
It includes land, air, water, plants, and animals.
2. Artificial environment: The environment that consists of objects created by humans is called an artificial or manmade environment.
It consists of objects created by humans like buildings, industries, roads, etc.
