What is the difference between formula of lens and mirror?
Let $v$ is the position of the image from the mirror or lens.
$u$ is the position of the object from the mirror or lens.
$f$ is the focal length of the mirror or lens.
Mirror formula: $\frac{1}{v} + \frac{1}{u} = \frac{1}{f}$
Lens formula: $\frac{1}{v} - \frac{1}{u} = \frac{1}{f}$
