What is the difference between force and energy ?

Energy is a property of a system that is a measure of the capacity to do work. for example Potential energy, kinetic energy, Mechanical energy, chemical energy, and so on. The SI unit of work is Joules or calories
Energy can neither be created nor destroyed. It can only be transformed from one form to another.
