What is set ?
A set is a well-defined collection of unique objects.
A set in mathematics is a collection of well defined and distinct objects; a set also can be considered as an object in its own. The most basic features of a set are that a set has elements or members and that two sets are equal if and only if every element of one set is an element of the other set.
Sets are usually denoted by uppercase letters such as A, B, S, or Z. Each object or number in a set is called a member or element of the set.
Examples of sets: The set of all laptops in the world, The set of all oranges on a tree, and the set of all rational numbers between -1 and 1.
