Power:

An expression that represents repeated multiplication of the same factor is called a power.

For example,

$3\times3 = 3^{2} = 9$3^

The number 3 is called the base, and the number 2 is called the exponent.

The exponent corresponds to the number of times the base is used as a factor.

Here, the whole 3^2 is called power, 3 is the base and 2 is the exponent. 3^2
