An occupational hazard is the risk associated with the particular occupation and accepted as a consequence. For example, The people working in the asbestos industries and mining develop the risk of suffering from asbestosis. 

Occupational hazards include various types of hazards such as chemical hazard, biological hazard, psychosocial hazard, and physical hazard.
