What is Number System?
The collection of numbers is called the Number system. These numbers are of different types such as natural numbers, whole numbers, integers, rational numbers, and irrational numbers.
Different types of number systems are:
1. Decimal Number System:
The decimal number system consists of 10 digits 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 and is the most commonly used number system.
2. Binary Number System:
In the binary number system, we only use two digits 0 and 1. It means a 2 number system.
Each digit in a binary number system is known as a 'bit'. So, a binary number 110 has 3 bits
