What is boiling point?


Boiling is the process by which a liquid turns into a vapour when it is heated to its boiling point. The boiling point of a substance is the temperature at which the vapour pressure of a liquid equals the pressure surrounding the liquid and the liquid changes into a vapour.

The boiling point of Water is 100oC.

The Boiling Point may vary according to surrounding Environmental Pressure.
