The muscular system consists of skeletal, smooth, and cardiac muscles that allow movement of the body, maintains posture, and circulates blood throughout the body.

The muscular system is composed muscle fibers and their function is contractibility. Every muscle is an organ made of blood vessels, skeletal muscle tissue, nerves, and tendons.
