What is Leaf ?
Leaf is a vital part of a plant which conducts the function of photosynthesis, transportation of photosynthesis products, gaseous exchange, and transpiration.
A leaf has two main parts such as Petiole and Lamina. Petiole attaches leaf blade to the stem and supports the leaf. Lamina is a flat and green part of a leaf which is specialized for photosynthesis.
