What is a perfect square?

Perfect Square:

A natural number $a$ is called a perfect square, if there exists a natural number $b$ such that $a = b^2$.

For example,

$36 = 6 \times 6 = 6^2$. So, 36 is a perfect square.

$169 = 13 \times 13 = 13^2$. So, 169 is a perfect square.
