What is a formula if we want to find area of Traingle

A triangle is a three sided closed planar figure and it is the simplest polynomial.

A triangle has three sides, three angles, and three vertices.

In the triangle above b is the base and h is its corresponding height

The area of triangle = $\frac{1}{2} \times base \times height$

If a, b, c are the three sides of a triangle

semi perimeter, $s = \frac{(a+b+c)}{2}$

Heron's formula for area of triangle = $\sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}$

If the triangle is an equilateral triangle with side a

area of equilateral triangle = $\sqrt{\frac{3a^2}{4}}$
