What do you mean by shrubs and herbs?

Shrubs are plants with multiple woody stems growing from a common centre, while trees usually have a single woody stem or trunk. Eg: lemon, rose, jasmine, etc.

Herbs are plants with little to no wood-like stem.  They are often aromatic, and the leaves can be used to flavour and season food as garnishing. Eg Fenugreek, cilantro, mint leaves, etc.
