What do you mean by sexual intercourse?

Sexual intercourse, also known as vaginal intercourse or vaginal sex is a sexual activity in which the male reproductive organ (penis) penetrate the female reproductive tract (vagina) for sexual pleasure, reproduction, or both.

If this reproductive act gets completed, sperm cells travel from the male body to the female, in the process of fertilizing the female egg and forming a new organism.
