Liver:
The main function of the liver is to process the nutrients absorbed from the small intestine. It also helps in the secretion of bile juice. The liver secretes bile which helps in the emulsification of fats. 
Pancreas:
The pancreas secretes pancreatic juice which emulsifies starch, proteins, and fats. It also helps in the endocrine function that regulates the blood sugar levels.
