Applications of the Compound Microscope are as follows:
1. A compound microscope is used in pathology labs to identify diseases by identifying disease-causing microbes.
2. In forensics, human cell and food samples collected from the criminal cases and scenes are detected and solved by examining them under the microscope in forensic laboratories.
3. The small minute living organisms that are no visible through naked eyes, are studied using a compound microscope.
4. Compound microscope is also used to identify different bacteria, fungi, algae with the help of the staining technique.
