What are Ancient Ways of Measurement of length?

Ancient measurement of length was based on the human body, for example the length of a foot,  the span of a hand, and the breadth of a thumb.

For example:

Hand span : Distance between extremities of a stretched palm.

Cubit : Distance from elbow to tip of the middle finger.

Foot : Length of the foot.

Yard : Distance from chin to fingertips when the arm is outstretched.
