The weather is a complex phenomenon because the temperature, the air pressure, and moisture differences between one place to another change frequently over a very short period of time. 

For example, sometimes it is sunny in the morning, but suddenly clouds appear from nowhere and it starts raining heavily by afternoon.

Hence, it is very complex phenomenon and difficult to predict.
