To find: Using a number line we have to write the integer which is 3 more than 5.

Solution: 

 3 more than 5

Step 1: First mark 5.

Step 2: Move 3 steps to the right.

So, 3 more than 5 is 8.

b) Given: 5 more than -5.

To find: Using a number line we have to write the integer which is 5 more than -5.

Solution: 

b) 5 more than -5

Step 1: First mark -5.

Step 2: Move 5 steps to the right.

So, 5 more than -5 is 0.
