Given :

Two numbers are in the ratio 9:2.

The smaller number is 320.

To do :

We have to find the larger number.

Solution :

Let the numbers be 9x and 2x.

Therefore,

$2x=320$

$x = \frac{320}{2} = 160$

So, $9x = 9 (160) = 1440$

Therefore, the larger number is 1440.
