Solution:

Let age of Ramu = a



Given that, Ramu's age is $\frac{1}{2}$ times of his father's age:

$\frac{1}{2}$(Age of Ramu's father) = Age of Ramu

Age of Ramu's father = 2(Age of Ramu)

Age of Ramu's father = 2a



Also, Ramu's mother is 25 years older than Ramu:

Age of Ramu's mother = Age of Ramu $+$ 25

Age of Ramu's mother = a $+$ 25



Now, difference between the age of his parents is 5 years:

Age of Ramu's father $-$ Age of Ramu's mother = 5

2a $-$ (a $+$ 25) = 5

2a $-$ a $-$ 25 = 5

a = 5 $+$ 25 


a = 30

Therefore,

Age of Ramu = a = 30 years

Age of Ramu's father = 2a = 60 years

Age of Ramu's mother = a $+$ 25 = 55 years
