Given:

The number of trees increase every year by 'b'.
To do:
We have to find the number of trees there will be after 'x' years.
Solution:
The number of trees there will be after 'x' years$=$Number of trees in the village lat$+$Rate of increase of trees$\times$Number of years
$=a+b\times x$
The number of trees after 'x' years is $a+bx$.
