Given: Sum of two integers  =  -24

One of the integers  =  -12

To do: Find another number

Solution:

Another  integers     =  $x$

$x  +  (-12)  =  -24$

$x  -  12  =  -24$

$x   =  - 24  +  12$

$x   =  -12$

So, another integer is  -12
