Given: The ratio of the length of a rectangular garden to it's width is 8:3.
To do: To find what will be its length if its width is 222m.
Solution:
Length : Width = $8 : 3$
=> $\frac{Length}{Width} = \frac{8}{3}$
=> $\frac{Length}{222} = \frac{8}{3}$
Length = $\frac{8}{3}\times 222$
= $592$ m
