Solution:

Let one number be $x$ 

Second number must be 13 times $x = 13x$

$x \times 13 x = 2197$  [product of two numbers is 2197]

$13 x^2=2197$ 

$x^2=\frac{2197}{ 13}$ 

$x^2=169$ 

$x=13$ 

So, first number is 13 and second number is 13$\times$13

So, 13 and 169 are the two numbers
