Solution:

Let the length of each non-parallel side be $x\ cm$.

According to the question,

$\frac{37}{20}+\frac{58}{25}+x+x=7.07$

$1.85+2.32+2x=7.07$

$2x=7.07-4.17$

$2x=2.90$

$x=\frac{2.90}{2}$

$x=1.45\ cm$

The measure of each of the equal non-parallel sides is 1.45 cm.
