The perimeter of an equilateral triangle is $\frac{6}{7}$m. What is the length of its each side?

Given: Perimeter of an equilateral triangle=$\frac{6}{7}$m

To do: Find the length of each side of the equilateral

Solution:

In an equilateral triangle, all sides are equal m

So, side of triangle = Perimeter $\div$3

=$\frac{\frac{6 }{ 7}}{ 3}$

=$\frac{6 }{ 7}  \times \frac{1}{ 3}$

So, side of triangle = $\frac{2}{ 7}$
