Number of time heart beats in 15 seconds $= \frac{6}{5} \times 15 = 6 \times 3 = 18$ times

Number of time heart beats in 1 hour $= \frac{6}{5} \times 3600 = 6 \times 720 = 4320$ times

Therefore, the heartbeats $\frac{6}{5}$ times in 1 second, 18 times in 15 seconds, and 4320 times in 1 hour.
