Sushant reads $\frac{1}{3}$ part of a book in 1 hour. How much part of the book will he read in 2 $\frac{1}{5}$ hours?

Given:  Sushant reads $\frac{1}{3}$ part of a book in 1 hour.

To find: How many books will he read in 2$\frac{1}{5}$ hours

Solution:

So in 2$\frac{1}{5}$hours, he will real 2$\frac{1}{5}\times\frac{1}{3}$ parts of the book.

2$\frac{1}{5}\times\frac{1}{3}$ = $\frac{2\times5+1}{3} \times \frac{1}{3}$

= $\frac{11}{3} \times \frac{1}{3} = \frac{11}{9} or 1 \frac{2}{9}$ of the book

So in 2$\frac{1}{5}$ hours, Sushant will be able to read $\frac{11}{9} $parts of the book means more than the entire book. He will complete reading the book within that time.
