Solve the following$t – (2t + 5) – 5(1 – 2t) = 2(3 + 4t) – 3(t -4)$

Given:

$t-(2t+5)-5(1-2t)=2(3+4t)-3(t-4)$

To do: Solve the given expression.

Solution:

We have to expand the brackets and find value of t

=> $t - 2t - 5 - 5 + 10t = 6 + 8t - 3t + 12$

=> $t - 2t + 10t - 8t + 3t = 6 + 12 + 5 + 5$

=> $(1-2+10-8+3)t = 28$

=> $4t = 28$

Divide each term by 4 , we get

=> $t = 7$

Therefore, value of t = 7
