                         $= \frac{100}{1} \div \frac {100}{3}$

                         $= \frac{100}{1} \times \frac{3}{100}$

                         $= \frac{3}{1}$

                        $= 3$.

Therefore, the value of $100 \div 33\frac{1}{3}$ is 3.
