Solve the expression:$x-(2x-5x-\frac{1}{3}) = x-\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{2}$

Given: $x-(2x-5x-\frac{1}{3}) = x-\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{2}$

To do: Solve the given expression

Solution:

$x-(2x-5x-\frac{1}{3}) = x-\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{2}$

$x - 2x +5x + \frac{1}{3} = x - \frac{1}{3} +\frac{1}{2}$

$3x=\frac{1}{2}-\frac{1}{3} -\frac{1}{3} =\frac{1}{2} -\frac{2}{3} =\frac{3 - 4}{6}$

$3x= \frac{-1}{6}$

$x = \frac{-1}{3 \times 6} = \frac{-1}{18}$

Therefore, the value of the given expression is $x=\frac{-1}{18}$
