Given: Sohan bought 5.730 Kg tomatoes and 3275 g potatoes
Rohit bought 3.250 Kg tomatoes and 7335g potatoes
To do: Who bought more vegetables and by how much
Solution:
Sohan bought 5.730 kg tomatoes and 3275 g of potatoes
1kg = 1000g
so, 5.730 kg = 5.730 $\times$ 1000 g
= 5730 g
Total vegetable bought by Sohan = 5730 $+$ 3275 g
= 9005 g
Rohit bought 3.250 kg tomatoes and 7335 g of potatoes
1kg = 1000g
so, 3.250 kg = 3.250 $\times$ 1000 g
= 3250 g
Total vegetable bought by Rohit = 3250 $+$ 7335 g
= 10585 g
So Rohit bought 10585 $-$ 9005 g more vegetables
= 1580 g more vegetables
